It’s been proven that when you invest in women, 90% goes back to her family and community. It’s why empowering women is at the heart of &BACK. When you invest in women, you create a multiplier effect that accelerates positive outcomes for their entire communities.
In addition to ensuring farmers receive a fair price for their coffee, &BACK COFFEE also invests in grassroots projects in coffee growing communities for women and young entrepreneurs. In Latin America, women receive agricultural training through our partnership with Fairtrade, while in Ecuador and Kenya, we work with partners on initiatives that train farmers to run thriving businesses. We also work with coffee co-ops that are committed to providing support and opportunities for women farmers.
