In honour of International Women's Month, we embarked on a project in collaboration with US COFFEE to celebrate and elevate the voices of women entrepreneurs. This initiative showcases the inspiring stories of women founders and highlights the tremendous value that the Women-Owned certification brings to their industries.  

Below, we are proud to feature three remarkable women who have paved the way in their respective fields, offering innovative products and services while making a meaningful impact in their communities.

Roxanne Joyal – Founder and CEO of &BACK COFFEE

Roxanne Joyal is the founder of &BACK COFFEE, a women-owned, women-grown coffee company dedicated to empowering women coffee farmers. Her product enhances everything from coffee and tea to baking and cocktails. As a proud mother of three daughters, Carolyn is committed to inspiring others to reach for their goals and make a difference.
