Part of our brand experience at &BACK COFFEE is honouring the strengths of the communities and people from whom we source our coffee. Our commitment to sustainability and entrepreneurship opportunities does not stop with coffee farming - our goal is to create lasting opportunities for the people behind every cup.

That’s why we’re proud to support a Melipona bee project in the Amazon, where these stingless bees play a vital role in pollination and biodiversity of coffee bushes, food forests and the plethora of plants that make up the wondrous Amazon rainforest. In addition to helping farmers improve their coffee yields, the Melipona bee project provides training in beekeeping, equipping farmers and community members with the skills to manage Melipona apiaries and produce honey. But the impact goes even further—women in the community are transforming this honey into a natural, ultra-hydrating lip balm, creating an alternative source of income while supporting conservation efforts.

What makes this lip balm so special? It’s crafted with Melipona honey and wax, avocado oil, coconut oil, and vitamin E—all carefully blended to hydrate, protect, and repair dry lips. More than just a product, it’s a testament to how sustainable sourcing, biodiversity conservation, and women’s empowerment can come together in one powerful cycle of impact.

This is bean to cup and back in action—going beyond coffee to create meaningful change.
