Great coffee should give back—to the planet that grows it and the people who care for it. At &BACK COFFEE, we’re brewing a better future by putting sustainability at the heart of everything we do. From the moment a coffee cherry is picked to the last drop in your cup, our commitment is clear: protect the planet, empower farmers, and make every sip count. Here's how we’re doing it—from bean to cup and &BACK.

BEAN TO CUP: RESPONSIBLE SOURCING THAT PROTECTS THE PLANET

It all starts at origin. We work directly with coffee co-operatives that are Fairtrade and Rainforest Alliance Certified, ensuring our beans are grown in harmony with the earth. This means better farming practices, safer working conditions, fairer wages, and sustainable land use that supports the ecosystems farmers depend on. Our sourcing helps protect biodiversity and combat climate change, while empowering farmers with the resources and resilience to grow for generations. It’s good coffee that does good, too. 🌱🌍

THE CUP: SUSTAINABLE PACKAGING THAT LEAVES NO TRACE

We’re proud to use Omnidegradable® packaging by TekPak Solutions, designed to break down in any environment—soil, water, landfill, even compost. It’s made to degrade naturally wherever microbes are present, without relying on heat, light, water or oxygen. That means your coffee stays fresh without leaving a trace. It’s a small switch with big impact. ☕♻️

&BACK: OUR COMMITMENT TO GIVING BACK TO THE PLANET

The final part of the journey? Giving BACK. We partner with The Change Climate Project, a non-profit helping us work toward carbon neutrality by measuring and offsetting our emissions—and helping us reduce them year over year.

We’re also proud members of 1% for the Planet, investing in reforestation, biodiversity protection, and climate resilience in coffee-growing regions.

But we don’t stop there. On the ground, we invest in regenerative programs that uplift communities and protect the ecosystems they live and work in:

Agricultural Training in Ecuador 👩🌾

We support Witoca, a coffee co-op in Ecuador’s Amazon, focused on elevating the quality and value of Robusta coffee—while ensuring farmers are trained, fairly paid, and supported. In partnership with AsoAmazonas, Witoca opened the region’s first coffee quality lab and launched Ecuador’s first Robusta-focused café.

Melipona Bee Project 🐝

We’re helping introduce Melipona bees—stingless, super-pollinating bees that can pollinate up to 35,000 flowers in a lifetime—to Robusta farms in the Amazon. These bees help improve coffee yield, taste, and aroma, and we’re training farmers to manage hives and produce honey, offering a new source of income and biodiversity.

From the bean we source, to the cup you sip, to the communities and ecosystems we give back to—every choice we make is grounded in sustainability, transparency, and impact.

Let’s brew a better tomorrow. Together. 🌍
