We strive to create opportunities that uplift women coffee farmers and their communities, driving economic empowerment and sustainable development. • Certified Women-Owned: &BACK COFFEE is proudly a certified Women-Owned business. This certification is not just a label, but a reflection of our leadership structure and our dedication to promoting women in business.
• Connecting People to their Cup of Coffee: &BACK is committed to sharing inspiring stories of change about the farmers from whom we source our coffee and the impact we create together. We do this through our unique IMPACTQRC, a QR code people can scan to connect them with the farmers behind their cup of coffee and to bring diverse voices to the (coffee) table.
• Fairtrade Partnership: Our alignment with Fairtrade not only ensures that our coffee farmers receive abetter price for their coffee, but also opportunities for skills development and infrastructure support. What makes our collaboration with Fairtrade extra special is that we work with their representatives on the ground to identify coffee cooperatives that prioritize the social and economic inclusion of women.
• Helping companies support inclusion: Our involvement in these initiatives provides us with the platform to not only support but also champion the cause of diversity and equity within the communities where we work.
